Supporting Our Military Families at Parkside
Parkside Community Montessori is honored to partner with Child Care Aware® of America to support military families through the Military Child Care in Your Neighborhood (MCCYN) and related Department of Defense (DoD) fee assistance programs.

Here’s what this means for you:

-
Fee Assistance for Off‑Base Care
If on-base child care is unavailable due to distance or waitlists, eligible active-duty service members, reservists, civilians, and DoD spouses can receive financial support toward community-based child care

-
How It Works
Families apply via MilitaryChildCare.com. Once approved, Child Care Aware® of America directly pays a portion of tuition to Parkside—and you’re responsible only for any remaining co-payment. Our fees aren’t inflated; unlike some providers, we charge only the required co-payment—no excess.

-
Who Qualifies
This applies to U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps families and DoD civilians—those on active duty, activated reservists or Guard, stationed where on-base care isn’t accessible.

-
Quality You Can Trust
Parkside meets DoD/Child Care Aware quality standards—state-licensed and accredited—so your children receive exceptional Montessori care, just as they would on base.

How to Enroll:
-
Create a Household Profile at MilitaryChildCare.com and request MCCYN fee assistance.
-
Once your offer arrives, select Parkside as your provider and complete the application with Child Care Aware® of America.
-
After approval, your co-payment goes directly to Parkside, and the subsidy covers the rest.
